Cultivating Happiness (2011/12) is a screen-printed project based off of photographic documentation by Daniel Dean from his collaboration with Floating Lab Collective, Mapping the Route of the Ordinary. For Cultivating Happiness I reinterpreted a photo from the series into a three color screen-print. After printing they were displayed as part of a neighborhood beautification project in the university district of Seattle, WA and south Minneapolis, MN.
